  Jennifer Wilson-Harvey is the Majority Shareholder, Managing Partner and Chair of the Executive Committee of Wilson & Associates, PLLC (W&A). W&A represents real estate and mortgage banking clients in Arkansas and Tennessee, and through its affiliated law firm, Wilson & Associates, PA, in Mississippi. W&A was the parent company of Attorney’s Title Group, LLC until 2016, and is owned by Ms. Wilson-Harvey.

  Ms. Wilson-Harvey received a BS from Louisiana State University and an MBA and JD with Honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her other affiliations include membership in the Arkansas, Tennessee, Pulaski County and Memphis Bar Associations, the Arkansas and Tennessee Land Title Associations, the American Land Title Association, the Association of Real Estate Owned Managers (REOMAC), the Arkansas Chapter of World Presidents Organization (WPO), and she is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Little Rock.

  Ms. Wilson-Harvey is a licensed Arkansas Real Estate Executive Broker, an Arkansas Resident Title Agent, and a Tennessee Title Insurance Agent. Prior to joining Wilson & Associates, she worked as an investment advisor where she earned a Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).

  Mr. Ward is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and the UALR School of Law and has practiced law for more than 30 years. He is a partner with Wilson and Associates, PLLC and has been with the firm since 1994. In the course of his career he has represented builders, homeowners and buyers of residential real estate and has advised developers, bankers, landlords and tenants regarding commercial real estate matters. He is also a licensed title insurance agent that knows the critical role title insurance plays in moving a transaction forward from contract to closing. He regularly speaks at conferences and meetings of attorneys, title examiners, contractors and other real estate professionals. Mr. Ward’s mother was a successful real estate broker and he learned early that no one gets paid unless the deal closes.

  Robbie Wilson received his education from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA (B.A., 2009) and the University of Arkansas School of Law (J.D., 2013). He was admitted into the Arkansas Bar in 2013 and is licensed to practice before the 8th Circuit Court of the United States.

  Robbie is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and is a board member of the University of Arkansas Alumni Young Professionals Association. He was an honoree of the 2015 Class of Little Rock’s Finest awarded by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Prior to joining The Wilson Law Group, Robbie was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Pulaski County.

He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. He is also licensed by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission as a principal instructor.
